SHIPPING POLICY

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are filled within a few business days and are shipped via USPS which is typically 3-5 business days. You should expect to see your order within 7-10 days. Please contact us for rush orders if you need a bandana for a special occasion.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be happy with your Indy & Olly’s bandana! If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product for an exchange or refund.

 

Returned items must be in brand new, unworn condition and be received within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

  1. Email support@indyollys.com to initiate a return within 7 days of delivery date.

  2. Returned item(s) must be received within 14 days of initial delivery date.

  3. Please mail all items to be exchanged to the following address:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless we mailed a mistake was made on our end. We recommend using a trackable mail service when returning your item(s).

Please email us at support@indyollys.com to initiate a return within 7 days of delivery date. Item(s) should be new and unworn.
